What is your pricing policy?
Peden's Inc. is committed to offering our customers the most competitive prices with the best service available.
Due to the complex nature of our business there are many factors that will have an effect on the final price of your order, such as the type and quantity of products, the colors and complexity of the artwork and the location and number of prints. For this reason we feel that we can best address each customers individual needs & offer our most competitive prices by not following the current internet trend of blanket pricing, Instead we offer our customers an individual price quote based on their needs & goals to ensure that our customers receive the best possible prices & service.

What are you minimum order requirements?
Direct to Garment - No minimums!
Screen printing - A minimum of 6 pieces. Keep in mind that our prices are partially based on quantity and will drop significantly when ordering in higher quantities.
Embroidery - Generally there are no minimum requirements, although it would be more economical to order a higher quantity.
Engraving - Please Call or e-mail
Promotional Products - Please Call or e-mail
A deposit of 50% of quoted order price & a signed art approval are required before an order starts production.
Terms may be established with an approved credit application.
How long will my order take to complete?
Screenprinting - 2 weeks from the date of final art
approval.
Embroidery - 2 weeks from the date of final art
approval.
Engraving - Please Call or e-mail

Do you offer a rush service?
Rush service is available for an extra fee, Contact us for details.
What types of artwork do you accept?
Artwork can be created in our art department or supplied to us by the customer. We accept anything from an idea or rough sketch, to finished print-ready art.
Our art department runs Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Coreldraw. We can accept the following file formats, .ai, .psd, .eps, .cdr, .tif, .pdf, We also accept .gif or .jpg (although these formats are usually not print ready and will likely need to be re-created ).
Artwork should be submitted to us at final print size (up to 13.5" x 17.5").
For Vector based artwork (illustrator, coreldraw) convert all text to curves or include font files with artwork.
For Raster based artwork (photoshop, tif, gif, jpg) send artwork at desired print size with a resolution of 300 dpi.
